1. What payment methods do you support? Can I pay on delivery?
We can accept payment by T/T, Credit Card and L/C. Currently we do not accept payment after arrival of goods.
2. Can you support payment in other currencies besides USD?
We support payment in EUR, AUD, GBP, CAD and so on.
3. Do you have financial plan?
No, we don't have financial option, but in order to support our first cooperation, we can provide you 50% deposit to arrange production, then remaining 50% balance before shipment.
Or you can make payment via Credit Card.

5. Does an oxygen concentrator require regular maintenance?
Yes, regular maintenance such as changing filters and cleaning the air inlet is necessary to ensure oxygen production efficiency and machine life, the first filter is recommended to be cleaned once a week, and the hepa filter needs to be replaced after using 3000 hours.
6. How do I clean and maintain my oxygen concentrator?
The Users can change the filter, clean the machine housing and air inlet and other parts regularly with referenence to the cleaning and maintenance guide in the product manual.
7. Can the oxygen concentrator work continuously?
Yes, our medical oxygen concentrators can be used 24/7 hours continous work.
8. What are the safety precautions when using an oxygen concentrator?
1). Make sure to remove the bottom foam before use.
2). Place in a well-ventilated place to avoid humidity.
3). Prohibit the use of carpeted sofa and other places that are easy to block the exhaust.
4). Keep away from flammable and explosive materials.
5). Try to use the wall plug, and check the cord and plug regularly.
