Troubleshooting Guide

1. Machine Unable to Operate

Symptom: The oxygen concentrator cannot be turned on. The power light is off when the power switch is turned on.

NO.1: Power cord is not properly plugged into the wall outlet.
Solution: Correctly connect the power plug into the wall socket. Ensure they are of the same voltage.

NO.2:
Main switch is not turned on.

Solution: Turn on the main switch.

NO.3:
Overload protector has popped out.

Solution: Press the overload protector back in place.

No.4:
Internal cables are disconnected.

Solution: Open the cover and connect the cables properly.

NO.5:
The fuse on the PCB board is blown.

Solution: Replace the blown fuse.

2. Oxygen Concentrator Stopped Working After 1-2 Hours

NO.1: Unit restarts automatically after 2-3 minutes.
Solution: Use a 3000VA voltage stabilizer and ensure the cooling system is working properly.

NO.2:
Unit restarts automatically after 20-30 minutes.

Solution: Check if the fan or radiator is damaged and replace them if necessary.

3. Oxygen Concentrator Overheating

Symptom: The machine produces heat.
Solution: If no alarms are activated, this is normal. Place the machine in a well-ventilated area.

4. Flowmeter Issues

NO.1: Flowmeter is not working.

Step 1: Check if the air compressor is functioning.
Open the HEPA filter casing and check for airflow.
Ensure the compressor cable is properly connected to the "COMP" slot on the PCB board.
Step 2: Check if the flowmeter is stuck or its screw has slipped.
Shake the flowmeter and try adjusting it. Replace if necessary.
Rotate the flowmeter screw counterclockwise to reset it.
Step 3: Flowmeter only adjusts between 2-5L/min.
Solution:
1)Clean the humidifier bottle and ensure it’s properly tightened.
2)Check for leaks in the tubing and valves.

5. Water in Nasal Cannula

  • Step 1: Ensure tubing is correctly connected to the humidifier bottle.
  • Step 2: Check if there is excessive water in the humidifier bottle and adjust the level.
  • Step 3: Remove the humidifier bottle and connect the nasal cannula directly to blow out the water.

6. Humidifier Bottle Alarm

Solution: Adjust the nasal cannula if it is bent or inserted too deeply into the bottle.

7. Loud Noise from the Machine

NO.1: Loose black strap at the bottom of the machine.
Solution: Tighten the black strap.

NO.2:
Loud decompression sound.

Solution: Tighten the decompression valve counterclockwise.

NO.3:
Air compressor noise with low oxygen concentration.

Solution: Replace the air compressor.

NO.4:
Air compressor noise with normal oxygen concentration.

Solution: Replace the piston ring or the air compressor.

NO.5:
Electronic valve malfunction.

Solution: Replace the electronic valve.

8. Low Oxygen Purity

1)For New Units: Check for air leakage in internal tubing or components. Replace damaged parts if needed.
2)For Units Over 5000 Hours: Replace the air compressor or molecular sieves.

9. Unstable Flow Rate

Minor fluctuation (0.5-1L): Normal operation.
Substantial fluctuation (1-2L): Replace the electronic valve.
Uncontrollable fluctuation (1-5L): Replace the electronic valve.

10.  Air Compressor Not Working

Step 1: Check if the PCB is supplying power.
Replace the PCB if necessary.
Step 2: Ensure proper connection between the air compressor and PCB.
Step 3: Check and replace the capacitor if needed.

11. Alarms Displayed on LCD Screen

"E3" Alarm:
Ensure the alarm device is connected properly. Reconnect cables if necessary.
If oxygen purity is low, follow steps in Section 8.
Other Alarms:
Power failure or high operating temperature. Refer to Sections 1 or 7.
